Ensure the furniture or appliance is in its original condition, unused, and includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Arrange for a professional pickup by our delivery team for a nominal fee, or return smaller items directly to the warehouse location listed on your invoice.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the item and confirms its condition, we will process your refund to the original method of payment, minus applicable restocking fees.
